REFUND POLICY

we operate on a no refund no return policy for all items as they are handmade to order. Refunds are only in effect for faulty items.

 

There is a zero tolerance policy we will not work with anyone who doesn’t treat us with respect and manners.

If you cancel a custom order less than 3 weeks before delivery date a full charge fee will be applied due to costs incurred to us for time, deliveries and materials.

We will not refund any item on fast track cost as these are made on overtime and additional charges to us for materials and delivery.

we will send a picture to confirm - if accepted and sent there is a no return o refund policy on all items. Any refund issued will come with a labor cost deduction on refund price.

Regulation 28(1)(b) of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, refunds for bespoke items are only applicable if the item is faulty or does not match the description. Because final photographic confirmation was provided and explicitly approved by you prior to dispatch, confirming the item matched your exact specifications, we cannot accept a return or issue a refund for a change of mind

HOW DO I LOOK AFTER MY CUSTOM?‘

Our customs require a bit of extra care when washing and can be prone to wear and tear.  we suggest you hand wash any heavily embellished pieces to avoid breakage.

as for our less embellished pieces we suggest inside out on a cool wash and a slow spin or in a pillowcase with your normal wash

please not we are not responsible for any damage caused to customs.

I WANT A CERTAIN FABRIC IV'E SEEN ON YOUR PAGE- HOW DO I ORDER THIS?

You can select your own fabric from our range you. when ordering you can add comments in- please specify your choice or your ideal here. please note our luxury range will be subject to a higher cost we will contact you if this doesn't add on at the checkout automatically.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER BE?

Please allow up 4-6 weeks for production we always aim to be within 2-3 weeks but just to be safe prepare for longer!

We are working around the clock to ensure Dolly birds can reach its full potential! all orders of stock will be posted out within 48 hours of order receipt. All orders are posted with royal mail standard 2nd class. postage can take 2-5 working days. 

WHAT ARE YOUR OPENING HOURS?

We are officially full time ! We respond all hours of the day but are now working every day and making our dream a reality.

We pride ourselves on being open 7 days a week online- we are only human and sometimes our responses may be slower than other days so please be patient.
