HOW DO I LOOK AFTER MY CUSTOM?

Our customs require a bit of extra care when washing and can be prone to wear and tear.  we suggest you hand wash any heavily embellished pieces to avoid breakage.

as for our less embellished pieces we suggest inside out on a cool wash and a slow spin or in a pillowcase with your normal wash

please not we are not responsible for any damage caused to customs.

You can select your own fabric from our range you. when ordering you can add comments in- please specify your choice or your ideal here. please note our luxury range will be subject to a higher cost we will contact you if this doesn't add on at the checkout automatically.

How do Balloon orders work ? 
you can order online or through email or social media. We will arrange delivery so that you have your order within 24 hours of display. 
You can collect if local we provide a courier service to ensure safe travel and minimal handling upon delivery. 

I want a custom item but not sure if you can do it? 
We absolutely can help! No enquiry is too big, niche or too small. Drop us a visual and ideas on our email or on our social media and we will work on getting a AI generated visual and accurate price to you asap. 

I have ordered birthday package - how does this work ? 
we offer bespoke party set up with our packages where we will come set all items up for you at venue including baloons, table dressing and backdrops. We will be there 10 mins before everyone is due to leave or if private venue the morning after to disassemble and remove all kit. 
You can keep any party bags, Ballons and  personalized keepsakes but reusable backdrops and hardware must be returned.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER BE?

Please allow up 4-6 weeks for production we always aim to be within 2-3 weeks but just to be safe prepare for longer!

We are working around the clock to ensure Dolly birds can reach its full potential! all orders of stock will be posted out within 48 hours of order receipt. All orders are posted with royal mail standard 2nd class. postage can take 2-5 working days. 

WHAT ARE YOUR OPENING HOURS?

We are officially full time ! We respond all hours of the day but are now working every day and making our dream a reality.

We pride ourselves on being open 7 days a week online- we are only human and sometimes our responses may be slower than other days so please be patient.
